Welcome to the new website for the Regional Municipality of Waterloo.

Government websites can be a confusing maze and a frustrating experience - even for those who are technically savvy.   

When we set out to redesign the Region of Waterloo website, we asked the public to tell us what information they need most. We listened and we are proud of our new website which has been designed with your wishes in mind. Important information about Regional programs and services you use every day is easier to find and you should now be able to quickly find and connect with the people who can help when you have a problem.

We hope this new website will help you gain a better understanding of the important role the Region plays in each of your lives. Please feel free to contact me or any member of Regional Council if you have questions or concerns. We are elected by you to serve you and we are always happy to listen to your ideas about Regional government policies, programs and services.
