  • Public meeting: Maryhill Road Improvements May 27, 5 -7 p.m.

    Planned improvements within the village of Maryhill include full road reconstruction, underground storm sewer replacement, new curbs and sidewalks, and road and driveway improvements. Improvements to the Hopewell Creek bridge will include upgraded guiderails, decorative wall replacements, and enhanced space for pedestrians and cyclists.

  • Construction notice: Scheifele Bridge Replacement June 2026 - November 2028

    The Region of Waterloo is replacing the Scheifele Bridge on Northfield Drive at Conestogo River in Woolwich Township. Work will feature the full replacement of the bridge deck, piers, abutments and wingwalls.
